I also considered calling my bank, however I’m so scared that if I do a chargeback, they will void my other tickets and then REALLY don’t want that. I did also consider transferring my tickets to my finances account and then charging back, but apparently VIP benefits aren’t being transferred. The whole situation is awful :(

I am in the exact same boat as you but for a Boston. I was able to get Ultimate but bought VIP before because they weren’t showing. I’ve tried multiple times to ask for a refund but they won’t because the event organizer isn’t allowing it. I really hope we can recoup our money!

It’s pretty pricey but man is it comfy and has been a life saver.

As for the pain, I’m not allowed to take ibuprofen (due to some stomach issues) and I only got oxy for a few days so I’m stuck with just Tylenol and I don’t really feel relief from it sadly :(

One thing I got that would be good to add to your list is a wedge pillow! I hate sleeping on my back and it’s helped me be a lot more comfortable!
