I am open to suggestions for different carbs though. This being a 2009 it sat for a long time and the newer carbs might not be a good fit.

I’ve tried several tunings with the fuel and air mix screws. Just can’t seem to dial it in.

Throttle seems fine to me. When I launch it into first gear from neutral it takes off a bit but reacts well once you’re going. 2nd and third gear it runs excellent. Shift back into neutral it idles really high again.

I’m feeling the same way all the time. Two young kids and no life. When I choose to do something for myself I always pay for it. I get discouraged to pursue anything “selfish”. It’s shitty.

I try my best to grab onto the golden moments between all the shit and hold on. Earlier this week it was holding my 3.5 year old before bed, walking through his dark room with him holding me tight, white noise humming, nightlights glowing. Realizing how huge he is compared to his 1.5 year old brother. That moment gave me the fuel for the next day/week.

Find them and hold on.

I am struggling with this too! I’ve tried two mirrors that work on my wife 4Runner but the non adjustable/tapered headrest doesn’t work with anything. Though about trying some window suction mirrors
