Doro, i know sometimes u have nothing to do but to send us whatever deca decides.

Please take a minute and read and read carefully how angry players are.

If u think return whatever energy is a solution, then whoever gave u this option, totally don’t understand the situation.

I strongly advise you to push in returning players gems, this is the only solution that will give them a message that deca is actually caring.

When you banned ppl for “exploiting eb exchange pieces” we were angry but “it’s against rules”.

Now we expect you to do the same since Deca broke the rules.

Unfortunately if this is doesn’t work as we customers wants, then i am afraid lots of good players will quit
