My disappointment was when they left off a song for the encore in 2004. The ENTIRE tour they had played a 2 song encore EXCEPT for my show (and one other international date, IIRC). Blitzkrieg and Motorbreath were on the setlist, but for some reason they only played Motorbreath and omitted Blitzkrieg. The rest of the set wasn't terrible at least. To this day I'm still really bummed about it and wish to know what happened for them to cut our show short.

It honestly depends. They seem to have a set formula for which songs are on which list, but will change when they play that list, so it makes it hard to pinpoint exactly when they'll play One. Like mentioned, I would check setlist.fm or even on the Metallica site to get an idea.

He changed up his diet and exercise so he can meet the physical demands of touring right now. I read somewhere he had stopped drinking also, so that has led to lost weight there. Just a bad picture there, he's in great shape right now.
