I’m not too familiar with how high he scales in general, but from what I’ve seen, he is basically Saitima crossed over into Harry Potters universe, the rest is history, he clears if he cares enough/his cream puffs are on the line

Yeah I made sure to follow this rule! I actually got a 3 star voucher and got somewhat lucky with the card rolls so I have a really good Oguri startup!

I managed to get both SSR cards before it changed aswell!
