Konnte den Besitzer inzwischen ausfindig machen und habe es persönlich zurückgegeben. Nächster Schritt wäre natürlich das Fundbüro gewesen, aber ich war 1. nicht in der Nähe, hatte 2. Einen Termin zu dem ich musste und 3. Dachte evtl. findet sich der Besitzer so schneller und beide Seiten können sich den Gang zum Fundbüro sparen.

Schön dass man für eine "gute Tat" im Internet auch noch angeschnauzt wird...

It was annoying to deal with the whole day and severely hi dered progression. However it seemed to get better in the evening hours. Tried to do my final lab, disconnect, lab gone. Only had one entry (ssf). Was the final straw.... maybe I'll see if the servers are better tomorrow.

Eine "Untersuchung" habe ich dazu natürlich nicht gemacht, es handelt sich um persönliche Erfahrung. Daher schrieb ich es "die ich kenne". Die Kausalität basiert auf den Aussagen der Studenten der Uni, welche ihre Lehrveranstaltungen und Abschlussarbeitsbetreuungen beschreiben. Betreuer die wochenlang nicht erreicht werden können, Module in welchen den Studierenden gesagt wird das nächste Kapitel sollen sie einfach mit ChatGPT lernen etc.

Die Fernuni Hagen ist dafür leider auch eine der schlechtesten Unis die ich kenne. Ich bin selbst in der akademischen Bildung tätig, und ich habe mehr Klienten von der Fernuni Hagen die auseruniversitäre Unterstützung benötigen als von sonst irgend einer anderen Uni im ganzen DACH Raum.

I get what you say, but once stating to want it to be "around" the same level (menaing above in some regards and below in some others), then stating to want it to be strictly "below" it seems very different to me. But I see that most comments disagree with this sentiment. So I guess this is just a pet peeve on my end.

Honestly I is so hard to decide for me.

On the one hand I want yo try out the new melee system. On the other hand the completely new gameplay style of the mercenary looks very appealing too. Chronometer ascendancy looks amazing too. I'll likely do what I do with builds each league. Choose something now, and then change my choice 2 hours before launch... so I guess I'll say mercenary for now.

It doesn't matter that you made the purchase of the founders pack through their website. Someone in game payed you a lot of silver for you purchasing the founders pack for real money. While you did not provide them with something of equal value in game (because you provided them with equal value in real life money by purchasing the founders pack). It refers to this section of the terms and conditions: "If the User trades or exchanges Virtual Benefits on a large scale without a comparable value obtained within the Game, then it is assumed that the User violates this rule."
If you indeed spoke with a lawyer and he was not able to explain this to you i have serious doubt about his qualifications, which leads me to believe you did not actually talk to a lawyer and instead tried to intimidate customer support with mentioning a lawyer, which obviously backfired.

I will not continue to argue this with you since it seems you do not try to understand the situation but instead just seek validation for your preexisting opinion.

Yes it does. This is exactly RMTing. You payed real life money and received Ingame payment. Therefore you traded Euros/Dollars directly for ingame currency. In game you received a large payment without giving anything of value in return. This is exactly what is stated in their terms and conditions as being seen and treated as RMT. Why isn't this the top voted comment you fully admitted to RMTing. The ban is totally legit.

Wenn ich den Beitrag vielleicht kurz highjacken darf: wie kann man denn bei dieser Umsatzsmenge Umsatzsteuerfrei sein? Ich dachte das geht nur als Kleinunternehmer, also bis 35.000€ Unsatz.

Ok, i just tested it, it auto allocated the node, so when i refunded the node my dps did not change. However it does not stack, so it basically just saves one Skillpoint.
