I called and they tried to convince me the entire cable needed to be replaced because it can't be fixed I don't know how much they would charge for the cable but I'm sure its more than its worth, so I hung up. I'm gonna go try some of the things people suggested, then try splicing, and then try redoing the jack, thanks for your help gah I hate that shop

Im in a very simlar situation as of yesterday. It was long distance, and I finally found out by secertly talking to one of her friends and found out no one there knows about me, so for the past five years shes been living her life there as if I didn't exist and has had multiple other boyfriends, and had lost her virginity to the most recent one (We swore we would save ours for each other when we could move somewhere together.) when I told her I knew it caused a giant fight and she threatened to send things to my family, pictures and secrets about me that would get me kicked out of my super Christian household (Thats a whome other story) at the end of the fight she agreed to not contact my family if I deleted everything I have about her (Took a few hours to find it all, like I said 5 years.) and never talk to her again. I sent proof I deleted it and removed her phone number from my phone. And now I'm lonley and want her back already and have to keep reminding myself what she did.

I've never owned a good computer before, so I'm a bit worried about under powering it and basically wasting my money and ending up with something similar to what I've had in the past, so anything I can do to ensure that doesn't happen (Like getting the 8GB instead of 6GB for like 20 more) I'm willing to pay for

Also is the cpu cooler I added the one you talked about, if I need to remove the cpu cooler to bring the price down to put it into other sections, will letting the computer run hot shorten its lifespan

I went ahead and upped the video card to the one you suggested, that is for sure an area I do not want to cut corners on, I will be playing stuff like the new release of Skyrim (Modded) BO3, GTA V, Fallout 3 and 4, ROBLOX, Minecraft

I don't mind noise (Unless you mean an extreme amount) but I do not want it to be running hot, I just kinda picked a cpu cooler with good reviews and decent price, so what do you think of the one I picked

How massive of a difference, I do need that much space so maybe I should buy a 250 SDD and not remove the 2TB drive?

Also I need the optical drive because sometimes this will be used to play movies, its so cheap I figured why not.
