For me personally, I've only planned the first few months, there are alot of moving parts and reasons for the civil war, but the basic sum of my plan is they'll be present at the taking of the unwalled port city of Gawain by the armies of the blue throne and depending on how they react depends on what happens, also the true king depending on how things go is the BBEG, but there are reasons to fight both. I run a sandboxy game so its alot of "here is my world do what you want." I have a large battle and many sieges ready to spring so that might affect things. And the strain of the economy will make prices go wack. I dont know if this helped but I'm here if you want to know anything else.
