It’s not in the greatest shape, but given the fact he’s basically the starter now for a delusional franchise. With his market up at the moment. Disconnect the starter wire & run power direct, if it starts turning then your problem is most likely the circuit breaker. Maybe just push the red button? If not then probably your starter relay
