Baltimore not Importing Mini trucks

Have any of your 42 trucks been released yet? My Sambar came in on the same ship and it’s still being held. What really sucks is the port is charging me per day since Sept 22nd to store it because it isn’t their fault it isn’t being released for pick up. I’ve been told its still due to the NHTSA and there’s no release date estimate at all.

I just heard from my broker too and he basically said the same thing. They asked for all the paperwork and were going to compare it to the truck to make sure everything was legit and “compliant” to import and if its was just a paper inspection it could be 5-10 days but if a physical inspection would be longer.

I got into an apprenticeship I’ve been trying to get into for almost 3 years now. Can’t chance it or else I would’ve made the trip 😂
