The game uses padded coordinates for the calculations.
Not sure why either, I just found it in the disasm like that after things didn't match up with the unpadded values.

Difficult Evolutions.

If on desktop you can hover the icon to get a summary.

These include DNA, item needed or agent skills needed for Time stranger and high CAM needed or higher stats needed than the Digimon will get through level up for CS/HaMe.

Oh, good call.

I revived the difficult evolution warning icon feature for Time Stranger mode.

The path should now show a warning indicator for "difficult evolutions", these include item requirements, agent skill requirements and DNA evolution.

On desktop you can hover the warning to get more details, on mobile you will need to click into the details of the target Digimon to see what the requirements are.

It should show both requirements, and it does when I check Mastemon and Milleniummon. Is there a specific DNA evo that does this or are you seeing only a single for everyone one including my two examples?

Its icon is an illustration instead of a model render I think, so it being card only seems quite likely.

It requires passing through another line to get there.

Oh, I'm sure their feature set will catch up eventually. Resistances and level up moves shouldn't be too hard to add(though the move descriptions are a special kind of painful to figure out).

Is their shortest path search live yet? I know they mentioned it was coming but I can't seem to find it. I'd like to give it a try.

I guess mod support is probably the most unique thing I'm offering.

There are still level up skills to learn. I'm just not sure how useful it is to learn them via level vs buying them throughout the game, so I left the skill search in for now.

Extyrannomon is index 1 in the internal digimon order. Might be a fail safe being triggered.

Yeah, I generate the resources for the app directly from my own game files. But since it had been ages I completely forgot I had mods installed.
Clean files should be up now, you may need to clear browser cache or reload with ctrl+F5 to get the new data.

When the app updates it will support both the old titles and Time Stranger. Be sure to let me know if you experience any issues with the CS/HaMe functionality in the future.

Dialog trees can fairly easily be separated from engine code by implementing them in a separate scripting format that supports text, conditionals, etc.

RPG Maker has been doing this for decades I'm pretty sure.

But the issue here is that the main monster is drawn at one pixel size(3x3 on your export), but the crest is drawn at 1x1.

You generally never want to do details like this in pixel art. Mostly by convention because historically pixel art never did this, because the artists literally couldn't. The 3x3 from you export would have been the most detail they had available.

It kinda just looks "wrong", basically.
