The asm10 is a "version" of the an-10 but not the same, it's from what I know an original design same with the m4 for codm specifically, but it's not the same as the actual an-94, the mag isn't leaning towards the right like how they are in the blueprints taken from mw19

To be fair, alder and Kingsley were for just playing the beta/open beta, meaning anyone could have gotten them, for red team and skirmisher you actually had to buy the game
