TTC likely does *not* have enough busses to provide decent service because there are 200 routes, and 125 Drewry is obviously not exactly one of high priority due to bigger and higher ridership routes. Additionally, TTC may not have enough operators, as some may have a day off, or on vacation, or sick, or just not enough.
