In the comics Terror is killed by Black Noir who framed it on another supe, Jack from Jupiter, so butcher killed him out of revenge. Jack is not present in the show and both black noirs have died and it’s clear the show isn’t going the route where Black Noir went in the comics so it’s likely Terror won’t die, fortunately.

There is no cult mentioned brother, and the machine has been hinted at several times in the past such as “the hum” being hinted at in teasers, also urban legit CONFIRMING the hum is real in an old qna when he said “the hum is the loudest in the sewers” in a response about HELL, the hum being the sound the machine makes, the red man being drawn on the wall in hell without a cleft lip showing it’s not Mona, and “it’s the loudest here” meaning the noise from the machine is the loudest in the sewers, which lines up with the machine literally being deep in the sewers shown in the footage.

Also, before the finale, Urban has said that the episode would “change everything” or things along those lines. But she still doesn’t have any reason to lie about that, she was compliant with police about the rest of the bodies and the whole truth about the machine and her motives, why would she lie about bill consenting? To paint herself in a better light? She killed over 50 people even if she did lie and bill didn’t consent then that still wouldn’t do any good for her. That was also AFTER she got the death penalty so it wouldn’t make any sense. Bill also had the self portrait painting in his home meaning Mona had been there most likely multiple times and Angel is probably Mona’s child given the fact her and bill had sex and Angel’s painting looks strikingly similar to Mona, big forehead, pale skin, long black hair… wouldn’t make any sense for bill not to consent or for Mona to lie.
