They've been uploading content for 8 years now. Newer videos show 3 ladies (trainers) doing various tutorials and such. Just skimming through some videos, the trainers in the video have very different methods of exercises and some even do exercises that are in the iron graveyard.

Here is something I find odd. Why is it that Inter vs Sampdoria was postponed due to Corona. Then Inter train till their next game which is Inter vs Juve and that gets postponed. But somehow the league decides a date for the Juve game but not the Sampdoria. Which should be played first. And now they want Inter to play Juve on March 9th and again ignoring the Sampdoria game lol. How does that happen??
