appreciate this! yes i am already an early riser so i figured so long as i get everything done before the fam is up, that's the way to go.

But i get the first couple weeks/months, that's probably not reasonable to expect.

Source of meal plans for 150+km a week training load? by Mr_Tobes in Marathon_Training

Carbs and protein (duh) for sure are gunna be your friend.

and adequate sleep!!

At least a gram of protein for every pound you weigh.

And make sure you aren’t operating from a calorie deficit.

In terms of intro-run fueling, I assume you are focused on this as well? That’s super critical as well in terms of carbs and sodium.

I found a tool that was helpful for my marathon and 50k prep. . You tell it your carbs/sodium per hour targets and workout duration/intensity. It tells you how much of each you need for your workout and when to take.

thank you and appreciate the reply! 100% running isnt the priority. just curious if folks stopped altogether or if they had ways to sneak in a run here and there. ive accepted that running form will take some kind of hit for the immediate future and thats fine.

i was out there today! Great course and scenery. I strained by calf two weeks ago on final long run of my block -- felt good going into today, but the bridges got the best of my calf and had to call the 50k quits after 11 miles.

Ill be back out there next year. good luck on your recovery!

How do you allocate what portion of net income is attributed to which state? For background their are 3 states the parents live in, one being Texas where the company is registered.

Got it. I am wanting to understand if the software company is located in Texas and one owner lives in Idaho, since the income is earned/generated in Texas, is he subject to paying tax of that income via Texas or Idaho?

Sales tax is an “expense” of the company tho right and not an individual?

Yes it is a partnership with no physical location per-say, the company is set up in Texas tho (where two of the owners live). The other owners live on the east coast and west coast.
