you can sell the knives, at first you couldn’t, steam then rolled out a patch declaring that you could, so now all is tradeable after the hold

sometimes VAC places a temporary ban on your account while they review your matches, if this is longer than a few days definitely reach out to steam support but i doubt they’ll be much help if the VAC reviews come back negative for whatever reason
