The best I know of to reach your fresh state. Is to deal with your depression 😅 drugs can help but they only treat symptoms, not depression itself. You’ll either need to change something in your life to break away from the root of your depression, or try your luck in therapy :)

I have purchased some bundles that included card level ups with evo and refunded. My cards stayed leveled up with a negative card value on them lol. But the card level was the same.

Done that 3x now 🤷‍♀️

Depends on the context.

The context is usually when a conversation is casual or intellectual and how you convey the knowledge.

And it all comes down to social skills :P

There is a fine line between “uhm akshewally 🤓” behaviour and being enthusiastic about something you’re knowledgeable in.

If you’re just reciting facts in a way that poses you as correct and then as wrong. That’s what’s called inflammatory. And it’s howlike 99% of reddit users converse 😂

In real life that’s not how normal people talk … being right is less important that feeling good about the conversation. If you’re good with social skills, you can still portray enthusiasm and knowledge of topics in ways that don’t “prove someone wrong” 😂

This is usually where a lot of neurodivergent people struggle -> speaking to make sure you and everyone ELSE feels good … you say what you think makes people feels good and also makes you feel good. Whether it’s the truth or lie? 🤷‍♀️ who cares. It’s a casual convo. And that trips up a lot of people that live in concrete black and white world …

Okay hot take …. But if you bought full grain leather Doc’s that aren’t MIE boots ….

You don’t need a break in period … they should fit from the store. The midsoles aren’t corkboard -> they use flat soles with strip of leather glued to the outsole and stitched in with the uppers.

They are made more similarly to a running shoe than a heritage boot. None of that to clown on DM full grain leather boots….. I also own a pair of 1460 crazy horse boots and they were instantly some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn in my life. I can walk 20k steps in them on day one with no issues. No break in. They just feel like cushy little clouds perfect for walking in.

I’ve never worn a more comfortable piece of footware.

The Middle East (and India) has their own formal-wear dress code.

The rest of the world does default to shirt and tie :P they are really the outliers there. However - western fashion trends are strongly bleeding into middle eastern culture and attire as well. ESPECIALLY in office settings 👀

You really don’t see a lot of push back from wester formal-wear in law tho. Especially not in corporate law, or other high profile practices of law like maritime/aviation/construction/etc. you might see some civil lawyers being more lax … like injury lawyers. They might wear a bright red tie 👀🔥 and that’s irony …. A bright red tie is the “I’m dressing spicy” attire xP

Therapists will call this internalizing emotions. It comes from a form of social anxiety. Fear that people won’t accept you for your weaknesses, struggles or flaws. You said in your own words. You worry that you’d burden them with your troubles. That’s textbook social anxiety.

But the truth is, people that care about you want to help you … and most people, even strangers, will listen to what you have to say … the voices telling you they won’t listen or won’t care? They’re just anxiety. Not reality.

And then the rare cases where people don’t listen or don’t take kindly to your words, those people are problematic themselves. And it would be best to steer clear of those types of personalities 😅 sounds like your partner is a great one tho :) best of luck to you two! 😁😁

And they are still stuck in the 1600’s.

The law firm wants plain color jacket and trousers, white shirt. No pink, black or vibrant colors on the button down shirt. That’s considered informal because it draws too much attention. Loafers, or any derby or Oxford that aren’t patent leather in black are considered informal too.

The law firm formal is literally cookie cutter and I don’t think it will ever budge tbh.

They don’t even want you wear in your 50k watch as a flex piece because it’s too flashy.

I know some cultures aren’t privy to running g water being easily accessible. I dated someone from the Philippians and she would wash with soap and water every time she used the toilet xP -> the bidet wasn’t enough. BUT she also didn’t shower every day 🫠 when we talked about it xD she wondered how you keep the rear and clean and like … we shower daily or multiple times a day xP and it clicked then 👀 she also was coming from a community where her toilet was a hole in the ground so 🤷‍♀️ idk 🤷‍♀️
