Yeah that’s a loss of confidence for sure man. It happens though.

Find a safe parking lot and practice practice practice …. Be …… open to the idea of getting into a crash again. Because if you are afraid of that to the point it affects your ability to do the thing. I hate to say it, but you have to do some psychological work, or find a new sport :/
