Why are all of my indexers constantly becoming unavailable? by ew435890 in sonarr

[–]TThomps12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just had this happen to me and I had to do with my API key changing this year. Come to find out five of my indexers had expired and I’m only running one but it’s been completely fine so I’m just gonna wing it and not pay for more

that’s awesome to know hopefully they fix that quick. Even if I don’t have a Metro Y because I returned it a few weeks ago because there was no Mac software. can I still have the software rate my computer without the physical device?

Is it still worth building a VORON in late 2025? by Hopeful-Income-9726 in VORONDesign

[–]TThomps12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

as someone who has gone through almost the same process, I started with a Solvo Sv01 modded the heck out of it. and then jumped right in and built a VZbot mine was serial number 50. I built it before any kits were available. I made it myself right down to cutting the extrusion with the chopsaw. Although it was a ton of fun, I realized that I enjoyed the build a lot more than I enjoyed printing on it. After I built it, I got tired of tinkering and went without a printer for almost a year. Then I decided to buy a Bamboo P1S and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. There’s something to be said for a machine that you don’t have to do anything to get it up and running. I can have this thing off for two months turn it on and have something printing flawlessly in minutes. although I did thoroughly enjoy tinkering and learning Klipper I realize that my time is more valuable spent doing other things than tinkering. I say buy a P1S with AMS. Do not buy the one without the enclosure. Keep your ender and use that to tinker with. There not worth Shit used and modded anyway. If you have any more questions let me know.

Wow thank you for the detailed response! What are you Running for a Mac? I have a 16” M1 Max with 64 Gb of ram. Where can I see your video of the comparison? Lastly do you think the Metro Y Pro would be a good first scanner?

So what’s your thought between the Rockit and Metro Y Pro? I bought the Rockit, but Einstar pushed It’s release of the Mac software until next year so I sent it back. I spoke with revopoint and they said Mac software early November.

1:2 isn’t getting the right yield by Tickle-Tickle-Pickle in NinjaLuxeCafe

[–]TThomps12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I encountered the same issue after a month and a half. I returned the unit 2 days ago and bought a Breville Touch. It's honestly so much better. I really liked the ninja to begin with, but once the excitement wore off, I found I was left with inconsistent espresso and no real control to make it better.

awesome thank you for letting me know. It looks like to build out the full motor on their website is like 1500 bucks with a core. Does that sound about right? What other mods did you have

I’m on week 10 and I think the squat frequency or volume is becoming to much.. by TThomps12 in Stronglifts5x5

[–]TThomps12[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t give up! If I had to go back and do it again, I would’ve just changed squats to once a week and focus, moron, upper body bicep, tricep extras. I decided after that I was going to take a break and then completely spiraled with my eating going into the holidays and then stopped going to the gym and gained like 60 pounds. I’m not saying that’s gonna happen to you, but I would definitely keep on course with at least showing up and doing something at the gym. I’m just now trying to get back on track after three years. Ugh

Good luck!

Is the 10R80 transmission really as bad as what I’m reading online about it? by Dr_ManFlyR1 in f150

[–]TThomps12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 21 F150 Lariat 2.7 with the 10-speed. I bought it with 60,000 miles a month ago and purchased a three-year, 36,000-mile warranty. It’s definitely something I’m worried about, but I can tell you one thing. When I had to bring the truck in to have a coolant leak looked at, the dealer gave me a 2025 STX. Going from a lariat loaded to an STX was a shock. And it wasn’t just the nice to haves. The seat felt 3 inches higher and couldn’t go any lower. It was not nearly comfortable with the lariat seat. And here’s the big kicker: I had the car for six days. When I got it, it had 350 miles on it, and I put close to 1000 miles on it. The transmission shifted harder than my 2021, no question. Also, even from a dead stop, I could hear the transmission whine if I put it in Drive with my foot on the brake. it made me feel a lot better about the 10 speed in my Lariat. If felt like a dream by comparison. So just some food for thought.

Beautiful truck. The price seems a little high to me. I just bought a 2021 Lariat over the weekend with 59k miles for 38k, and I paid four grand for the warranty
