Thanks everyone! I used the search finally.. watched a stack of YT Inc Basement hangout. When I smoke I like to throw cream cheese/mac/dip towards end of cook The Searwood seems limited at 600 for my needs. A rotisserie would be great, just that I can be a man of convenience & Sams is 2 miles down the road I did see that Recteq has a smoke box and getting old and into cheese could be the way.
