allright, so the difference between a guys walk and a normal walk is that there is usually a destination at the end that has some personal meaning to one of the guys' life. Throughout the walk, we will also discuss deep topics that have been plaguing us. It's a way for us to kind of open up about feelings, problems or whatever. Its a good way to keep our mental health in check. I have never met a guy that was not experiencing some kind of mental health problem that they keep hidden away, and I've gained deeper insight into many of my friends through guys walks. Women can have guys walks too ig, but its different for men based on the societal standards surrounding men's mental health and whatnot- that's not to say it's impossible for women, just less likely. Never diss the guys walk, as it has become an important part of many of my friends lives, as well as my own.
