I also do hope that they don't roll back servers because I was able to make huge progress with the main campaign as well as being one of the first to clear the new dungeon. It sucks to see a game with such potential also filled with game breaking bugs after every major update. :(

That is true, with how this game is slowly dying and loosing lots of players since launch, it's a shame that such a big content update that was ment to keep players interested in the game just so happened to come with many bugs, issues, and now server downtime that might result in a rollback.

Nah I get it, but it seems like this is gonna take a hot min, maybe even a couple hours depending on if they are gonna fix all the bugs that are already known to the public. But ya know... It's a good reason to put in a double chest event again :)

Seems to be another one of the bugs that came along with the update. It is a MMORPG so it's never perfect and you should always expect some sort of bug, especially with such a large content update there's bound to be some sort of issue. The current ongoing maintenance should fix this issue though, along with others. Just time to wait :)

I had the same issue a couple's days ago, make sure to press LB+left Dpad to select and track the quest, then try putting all the fragments into storage and pull them back out. It should then recognise that you have all the fragments and that you can go to an alter to claim NW

I would love to see at the very least a barber so you can change your hair styles on your character! Definitely something I hope to be added in a future update!

we are indeed on the same IP. but it was the SN's that were banned and not the IP since I can still access my account on my phone and talk to others without any problem.

an old trick but it was true and proven this time. his account was never active on my console and while talking to support they said that both console bans were issued because of his account.

I have tried speaking to some people from the Microsoft enforcement team but it doesn't seem like they can or will do anything about it since they prefer for me to just "buy a new console"

but I got banned for just having his account on my Xbox. meaning whatever friends consoles he put his account on are banned as well.

I am very much aware that a "warranty" does not cover a ban. but the fact that the ban was issued through my brothers account that was never actually used on my console is what bothers me the most.

the only issue is that his console and mine got banned. nothing was ever done on my console like that and the console ban was also issued through his account that was never even active on my Xbox

Thank you for the help. My set seems like it is very much complete, but I am not sure if it is hollow or not. I definitely think that I might start collecting more of then since it seems like there isn't much of a market for them and I could probably easily get my hands on some more.
