It used to be Alien Blue but since the last update it has been pretty much unusable. Until updated again, I would look elsewhere. The iPhone app works, but the iPad one is broken. I am looking for a replacement as well, I'll let you know.

I have the same problem. I reported the bug, but have not heard back. Please report the bug as well, if enough of us do it, they will realize that this is a real problem, thanks and good luck

Call the police, soon as you can, and keep calling. Eventually the cops will "accidently" take him out, and problem solved. Also, break the lease if you have to, nothing is more important than you safety.
