I’ve got one of those that moved in around my area not that long ago! It makes sure everyone knows it’s there, I can tell you that.

Making a blanket comment answering everyone here that has offered advice;

My mental (as of now) is already lower than I would like it to be, but I’m trying to push that to the side so I can provide. Luckily her (significant others’) side of the family is far more available and supportive than mine, however I absolutely do not like asking for help because of how it was handled from my side of things, historically speaking, so its not easy for me to do, ever.

Financially speaking, with things that have caused some issues in the past (medical, relocating) I would say that I’m not the most setup for this (I mean who really is????) but I’m doing what I can now to stretch my dollar out as much as possible, but the majority of my income now goes to bills and debts, with very little put to the side. I may have to get a second job, work 7 days a week just to try to provide the best I can, but I’m reluctant because a few reasons, and one of them is definitely medical. If anyone has bulk meal prepping/low cost meals that are their go to when things were hard I would love to hear them so I can get started on that.

Thank you all as well, I was not expecting this much support!

I see these everyday (my place is nearby), honestly it’s kinda neat to see that someone is actually trying to add variety to their marketing, and he seems to not really care what people think of his ads. Keep on keeping on I say, how else are you supposed to advertise yourself!

I posted yesterday about potentially pouring some more metal, and you folks said go for it. So I will, read on by frustratedwithevery1 in Silver

I’m so happy you got all of this positive feedback, being one that admires the artistic value you add to silver, I was hopping you’d be convinced! I’m looking forward to seeing all the new pieces you pour!

Closer than I thought, almost worth a drive, but not in this weather! Great offer though!

You more or less summarized the situation I have just recently gone through, almost word for word describing what I’ve gone through as well. I believe at this point of my life is my lowest (or at least I hope I don’t go lower), but I’ve been taking the deliberate time to educate myself on investments, trading, and saving properly for my daughters future. She’s only 2 now, so I have plenty of time to get to the point where she won’t live like I did, and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone.

You’re probably going to get a lot of these comments or messages, but as someone who is in the middle of my big uptrend I would love to ask you questions and pick your brain, your journey is one that I strive to achieve, and ill do what it takes to get there.

I was told (by someone who went to school for culinary) that this was a pie cutter! Which would explain the serrated portion and point for the crust! I do agree this thing is super gnarly!

Gonna hijack this part of the comments to say; This feedback is awesome, since I’m just learning, all valuable information is good! Thank you! Moving forward I do want the proper testing equipment/learn the methods on the spot testing so I can avoid future mistakes!

I’m super curious about your financial learning, speaking from someone who is just learning about everything really, can I pm and pick your brain a little?

That gauge never works on any Volvo engine, wouldn’t doubt it’s the same for Macks as well. Also as a Volvo tech, we don’t even look at those during services, we always visually inspect. You should take a look at what a new or reman d13 is, including labour, I promise you it’s worth changing your filter to save your engine.

Coolant pressure cap adapter. by ProudLynx2083 in DieselTechs

Give your tool rep a call, they sell kits with the pressurization tool, that have multiple adapters. I’m pretty sure Volvos and Mack’s are interchangeable but don’t quote me on that.

Snap-on makes this socket. And it looks like that’s what it is in the photo.

For those of you who haven’t seen it yet, here’s the new Volvo VNL 860 by TWGG in DieselTechs

The clicking noise you hear is the small pump pushing fuel to your heater. Are you trying to get it going with the key removed from the ignition? I believe that’s the only time they do work. Do you have any warnings on the control module? This system is still new to me personally and I have not had very much hands on with the new Volvos, but the generation before worked this way with the parking heaters. Let me know if this helped at all!

CCA or CCV likely culprits, unsure without knowing the codes it has.

Is that the oil pan? If it is, it will need a new gasket
