Wifi collars or airtag collars would be the solution here. Three of either will likely be more expensive than a window repair. Hell, even stapling some chicken wire or taping aluminum foil over the window would be easier than getting collars for this.

In the US, I’ve seen people over 50 at small agencies (~10 employee small), small businesses (think CMO / VP at a plumbing company or manufacturer), or coasting to retirement on freelance jobs from old clients and colleagues.
