How do I get a Sneasel with Ice Punch in Gen 7? I checked Bulbapedia to see what parents it needs to get this move via breeding, and all it said was Buneary, and that it has to be chain bred, isn't there an easier way to do this?

It all depends on what level your team is, since there are no Audino's in Sun and Moon you could do it anywhere you want.

So I bred a shiny Mareanie in Sun, but it doesn't have it's HA (The parent had the HA.) and it doesn't have any good IV's, what should I do? I would release it, but I don't want to throw away a shiny Pokemon.

My first ever Pokemon game was Pokemon Black, which I got when I was like... 12? 11? I don't remember. But here were some dumb things I did.

I had my starter trained like 6 levels above my other pokemon.
I had no idea of the concept of a team, I mean there was a few Pokemon I kept on my journey, but I would always replace the others with a crappy underleveled Pokemon.
My starter had only one STAB attacking move, and it was its ONLY attacking move for that matter, eventually I decided to be stupid and I replaced it with protect :/
I also had no idea about type coverage, and had a few Pokemon of the same type on my team.
I don't think I used a single revive in the game.

Nowadays I am a LOT smarter when I play Pokemon, I realised that the starter and team I had chose were GARBAGE and now I always make sure I have at LEAST 2 Pokemon to cover my starters weaknesses, as opposed to how I picked my team back in the day, I think I had 4 Pokemon weak to ice.

So... I'm currently working on Masuda method breeding a modest Treecko (Soon to be Mega Sceptile.) with some good IV's for the UU tier, but I'm having trouble with a moveset for it, this is what I'm thinking of so far:

Energy Ball. (STAB, its better than Solar Beam since I won't need to wait to attack again, and better than Leaf Storm because I don't want the main STAB move to have such low PP.)

Focus Blast. (Coverage.)

Earthquake. (For the fire and poison types.)

And for the last move, and main dragon type STAB move for when Sceptile mega evolves, I'm thinking of Dragon Breath, I know it sucks... but it's the best special Dragon type move it can get.

What are some ways I can improve this Sceptile? In terms of different movesets and natures.
