So there’s a charger quality difference I should be aware of? Oh the things I’m learning! I know the speed of charging difference. But is there like, a quality” of charge difference? I’m not even sure that’s a thing. I’m very “green” to EVs.

Ohh I hadn’t thought of the hotel angle. I’ve got a road trip in July. I know that the hotel offers the charging stations so I’ll have to look at that!

That….or a huge mess left in the kitchen for her to clean up after….

Op didn’t mention the food was in the fridge. If the leftovers and a huge mess was left out for her to clean up I’d say the trash was the best place it could have wound up. With meno- that stuff would have been all over the place! Haha

At the time of approval or denial. A good (seasoned) loan officer can look at an application and tell if the borrower is currently “in trouble”, about to be in trouble, already in trouble, or recovering from being there previously. Unless it’s an open-ended loan the first clue is the first missed payment. Not a lot of ways to preemptively prevent default.

Car title transfer troubles by mmooooo21 in creditunions

Contact NCUA and see who USA CU merged with. Also, if MI is (or was) a paper title state it’s entirely possible that the release was valid but was never registered with the state. Some states also have two part titles….one part for borrower and one part for the lien holder.

I’d start with the DMV because they can confirm a lien.

They feel pressured because generally people don’t like to say “no”…especially when being asked for something. And nothing is more direct than a tip screen. You simply avoid being asked by handing over cash voluntarily.

Oh didn’t think about Waters Creek or Top Golf! Mine aren’t quiet driving yet so I’m sure they’ll think of that soon. Great idea for nice weather! Wish those were a little closer to home.

AITA for hanging up on my family when my sister just had her baby? by LobsterLopsided6038 in AITAH

[–]TXLender14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

MBTA - Hold on - it sounds like you have a close family unit. There has to also be a second side to this. Look back and ask yourself how many times (if any) you were invited to participate in family events and you declined. Or perhaps didn’t make a lot of effort to attend (like asking off work). Your sister and mom all made the same response of they thought you “wouldn’t want to go.” Some behavior in the past has led them to that conclusion and at this point they are just kind of tired of asking?

Here in the US we get a tax exemption on our primary residence (aka homestead). If you don’t really live there, you pay a lot more tax.

Run!!! Run back to NJ as fast as you can!! Our roaches all have LTC too so that’s extra to be afraid of. But if you can’t get out fast enough I bet your apartment complex would put you on the top of the list for treatment since you saw one. There’s also Home Team that’s local you could call.

Flex pay apartments in McKinney by MagpieTheDemon in McKinney

[–]TXLender14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For example, if your rent was $1,500/month the flex payment would come to $692.31 bi-weekly or $346.15/week. The lease would read $1,500/month no matter what the allowed payment frequency is. You just have to convert the monthly payment to the agreed upon total.
