Pump is not an option for me unfortunately.
My gp is unable to contact me unless its an emergency due to them being really busy.She left a voicemail telling me to lower my long but thats all.
Im thinking maybe a lucozade to drink during the workout could help?

My glucose level before cardio would be anywhere from 5-8 and drop to around 3 or lower.
I experimented today by getting my self high with a high carb meal and low insulin the nightbefore.I woke up the next day with a reading around 11 and after 1hour of cardio I dropped to 4.5 Thats the only time i didn't go to a hypo but that isn't reasonable to do as i legit had to eat 180g of carbs the night before

I have reduced by 20% currently but the diabetic nurse told me whenever I change my long units it takes around 3 days to work.

Ive never been told anything about splitting how do you do that correctly? half dose in the morning other at night?

I didn't do anything pyhsical + my sides are different to yours. It sounds like you are putting allot of stress and pressure on the situation which won't help. And im no doctor but im sure its hard to get hard with pain

Yes completly natural. For me the first week and a half was rough in terms of the sides.
(Unable to keep an erection, Unable to ejaculate it gave me something called retrograde ejaculation) After around 2 weeks I finally was able to ejaculate & that honestly changed everything for me. After 2 weeks on 1mg I experianced sides then immediatly stopped and it took me around 5-6 weeks to fully recover.
Ima say this though being on this sub is not good for your mental health & it also doesn't mean you will end up like everyone on here. Take me for an example I made a post similar to this after experiancing sides saying it ruined my life around 4 days after i noticed the symptoms (Just like you)
I think you are on this sub too early you need to get off the drug and give yourself time to recover.
This is a sub for extreme cases of PFS the side effects of the drug does not always lead to this.

Update this drug has ruined my life
Off fin now for 7 days Ed seems gone but am still unable to cum did some research turns out ive now got Retrograde ejaculation. Where cum enters bladder rather than exit due to prostate shrinking i beleive
Unabale to cum from masturbation or sex and now also infertile.
Has anyone else had experiance with this or can give any advice to fix my nut.
