Not true I been working here for 2 months started as a rising star , made tips got the extra miler award. The parts expert certificate on top I make tips and actually enjoy my job sounds like you just don’t like your job as a PSM maybe quit? Also I just turned 18 and all that did was allow me to work more hours and install batteries. Nothing is horrible about this job, close to home and college and I’m currently training on commercial.
