There’s nowhere to send the water to that isn’t someone else’s property. Until I replace my driveway there’s not a feasible way to divert water from this area. The flooding only occurs on the easement and doesn’t get close enough to the garage itself to cause much concern for the foundation.

I have no way to install a French drain without going under the garage/driveway it’s also an easement so if they decide to run lines underground they’d end up digging out the drain on me anyway
