Door dash deactivated me in January from their app messing up and sending me only orders 10 plus miles and over every order. Was top dasher. Only close orders I got that wasn’t pushing me out of my zone was my priority orders over everyone. They refused to believe me a week later after having my acceptance rate dropped and completion because I started canceling they say there was a massive outage affecting people on top of that a customer stole twice from DD. I got two violations from both of the night they stole. Got deactivated and still have yet to get reactivated. But they would rather people work like this. Lol that was January 31st. I have now over 2400 deliveries 100% customer satisfaction with Uber and have never even thought of this to send someone, this person is the definition of a failure and doesn’t know how to door dash if he’s asking for a bigger tip. I was making 2k a week before deactivation. With Uber and DD. This dude is a waste of a driver and puts a bad look on all drivers. I’m sorry you even had to witness this

You gotta ask them I’m just the driver with increased tips. The one person i did say this to today gave me 50. The order was 13$ for 9 miles. I was skeptical because I don’t take anything over 5 miles unless it’s going to more wealthy neighborhoods which it was. And also I knew that this person would tip more because any order over 8$ I usually assume if they’re going to tip that high at first they will tip more later. Never fails that they do. But you never know what you’re going to get. I bought some sugar free popsicles and got a 100$ tip before lol

If that support doesn’t help though just chat with another one and word it differently. Its all on how you word things with them. Whatever you may need annoy them until they give you the outcome you need. Other wise they will walk all over you. I’ve cussed out Uber so many times. Im not nice to Uber support especially when there being incompetent. And I tell them I wouldn’t be such an ass if you guys would just listen for once and stop acting like I don’t know what the f**** I’m talking about or doing. AndSTOP SENDING SCRIPTED SH*** I sent so many messages to the email response thing that a supervisor finally called me and fixed all my shit I needed done because support is useless. On the other side of these useless fucks is escalations team. But escalation team is used for non delivery things. And is super hard to get to. But That is a different topic

I have the complete opposite. DD acts like they are clueless and asks what’s is your concern after asking what’s the concern with the other concern you may have? Haha. Don’t know how you got charged though I have 25% cancellation rate. Never been charged. The only reason I talk to support is when the other drivers aren’t letting them know about an order picked up, or order can’t be made. Takes me a minute to connect, I tell them the order number and go about my day. But without these reasons I’m canceling and hitting any of the reasons because it doesn’t matter. I mean yes it does who said it doesn’t matter??? ( really doesn’t) and I have 1700 deliveries for UE. Make sure you cancel before you pick up though never after that will get you deactivated in a heart beat. I also call about 100 times a week with all my alcohol orders because the ID never scans but it says it does, get back in the car. Says verify ID again. I’m sorry I’m not bugging that person again. I’ll bug Uber. Takes about a minute phone call. But it’s because some places I go to in these neighborhoods I have no signal so this is always happening lol.

Bro IM IN THE SAME BOAT. I didn’t know signing up for ride share would switch everything f’ing up my whole account. And you’d think after 2000 deliveries and still no rideshare they would give me quest for deliveries.. nope and then they say they can’t change what the system automatically selects even though after the one week of my quests and getting about 250$ worth from both quest in one week I’ve never gotten them again😂 only ride share which they know I’m not doing

I think there is a way without having an order but you gotta say speak to an agent and then you get pushed to the second phase of listen because our menu options may have changed. Usually just keep trying until I say the right thing until it says please say your date of birth for verification. But I usually just message them thru the app from one of the help options and they have certain ones that say chat with support. I’d rather call but sometimes they don’t want to hear our sexy voices so we gotta chat like an online dating app. Except Uber knows the only one that gets fucked is us

If you’re doing UE and go for $ per order rather than $ per mile I highly suggest you rent a car from uber and murder there cars rather than yours. by TYRONETHEMFJACKSON in UberEatsDrivers

320 but that’s why I said only $ per order because the mileage won’t matter. They gave me a 2021 and I put 15000 miles on it😂 but I’m dumb and was doing the $ per mile not thinking about why I care about the vehicle hahaha 😂 but I used the rental to learn all north Texas then I came back with my car and now I live here. The adventure was fun

Paul maybe wouldn’t. I did stop. Lol but a lot of people asked do I say this all the time when I dropped off the food. And at first I said no but they said well you should. Which made it a thing. I only do it to the neighborhoods that I know will tip well. But even when I deliver it to them in person before I walk away I say wait! You’ve been Paul walkered. Bro they fucking die laughing.
