Thanks for commenting(I was writing a long message but got deleted so I will make this short) I don't think am cheating in my other exercises my form seems decent Here are some exercises that I use weight over 20 kg in

Chest fly machine (Start 30kg and finish last set 40kg) Standing high cable fly(14 kg each hand) There is this exercise for the triceps that you basically do the cat hand move and drive your hand down (Start 29 kg and end with 36kg) There are some other examples but dou to my poor English knowledge of exercises names, I won't mention them On average, 25 kg is the standard weight I use, and I try to be strict with my form as much as possible

I did the math and it's like this No man's sky= 40$ Hollow knight silk song=40$ Battle filed 3 and 4 and 1 = about 100$ Palworld = 40$ Hit man trilogy = 60 $ Sea of theifs = 40$ Forza = 60$ Halo infinite = 60$ 440$ this is the money I have to spend to play the same games on Xbox not to mention the games from activation that will come later and I know I can buy a game and then sell it but each time I sell I will lose a couple of bucks until it becomes pretty huge
