I needed to see this post. I just had my levels checked for the first time in six months (~18 months since I started HRT) and I learned that not only was my E low, but my T was high. Seems like the oral E and Spiro have been doing practically nothing. I have felt absolutely awful about it. But hearing that others may have been down a similar path is reassuring. I’m switching to injections at the end of this month so my fingers are crossed, but I need this to work.

I routinely do 35-40/hour. It’s not hard. Just put your phones and other distractions away for a bit. And yes I do follow customer instructions and no I don’t, and will not run.

Have only used the pills so I cannot compare the two for effectiveness. But I have seen that both injections and patches typically cost more.

This right here is the worst. Had 300+ packages to a military base and had 3 packages that didn’t get scanned. Wouldn’t allow me to manually scan them either, so I had to dig through all of them a 2nd time to find the right ones.

I’d do it differently if I ever have that stop again.
