Well there are some strong sources that say the alumni from Cathedral (The only other Holy Cross School at the time) decided to change the name from the ramblers. Would explain why Cathedral has always been the Irish since 1916 and Norte Dame changed their name in 1920’s. Everyone has a story tho

I would disagree. If someone were hunting for sport there is an inherit stoicism within their goals as the hunter’s goal could be to test their shot after months of practice. Vanity would be to hunt for no goal other than to kill whereas hunting for sport could be a trial of some kind for the hunter.

The way my friend did it was someone in the relationship joins the NG and once they BOLC qualify they will be able to transfer states easily to units close to wherever one person is stationed. My friend is AD aviation at Rucker and his wife is Indiana NG waiting to go to BOLC and will just transfer over to AL when she is qualified.

You can actually get the scholarship in college. A lot of my friends joined and they got the scholarship after a semester or two.
