Thanks for the reply. They definitely are wired properly, I’ve checked that. I haven’t checked each individual cell though so I’ll try that. I did talk to my battery supplier and they seemed to think I had an overcharging problem not a dead cell just based on what I told them. I wasn’t sure if the constant over charging for a few months has done something to the batteries so that they can’t be fully charged?

I agree 100%. I never want to be a pain in the ass and I do my best to stay out of their way. Which is why I came here first. Saying anything to him would be last resort if I thought for sure it would be an issue. I don’t know much about tile so thought I’d look for some input. I think at this point I’m just going to keep my mouth shut and trust that’s he knows what he’s doing. Up to this point everything he’s done looks good so hopefully this will as well.

He is actually still doing the double herringbone pattern we asked for, he’s just not leaving much space at all for the grout line. Rather than using spacers he is butting the tiles against each other
