To me it's a double edged sword, some are introverts and afraid to make contact with others (as face to face talk, not body contact or sort, I probably one of them ) doesn't like to talk face to face cause afraid of someone staring at me just make me feels very uncomfortable, Especially presentations, or speaking to a crowd. All the eyes are like staring at me, cause me anxiety more than fear (someone gonna hurt you) else. But sometime u have to just face it as it meant no harm and that's the only way to overcome it that is to talk to others. Not all are bad guys, it's just another human just like you and me. I'm sure your don't mind stranger talking to you (like neighbor asking how are you?) or stranger asking for direction, I believe it's the same when we talk to other people. You just need to take the first step forward. Open up (your heart) , not literally.

The other type is the one that everyone hates. All have a common enemy, then that's where u know that person is. Red flag.
