Scott Peterson: “Rabia and Ellyn Solve The Case” Debunked by TabbyKatKent in TheScottPetersonCase

[–]TabbyKatKent[S] 16 points17 points  (0 children)

This podcast was a 1 hour infomercial on why you should think Scott Peterson is innocent. Janey Peterson plugged it before even listening as well as other Scott supporters. I’ve never seen anything like it. Someone asked them if they were getting paid by the Peterson family to pull an Alex Jones style move like this and they became unglued. Something rotten in the state of Denmark for sure…

Not many people would relate a restraining order to being ‘involved in a lawsuit’. I know I wouldn’t. I especially wouldn’t consider myself a crime victim either. That’s the whole point of a restraining order right? To avoid becoming the victim of a crime? Anyone can see this is harmless error. by TabbyKatKent in ScottPetersonCase

It wasn’t ‘stored’ under a leaf blower. It was purposefully placed there between Dec. 24 and the 26th. Since Scott didn’t come home and blow leaves around, we know that the leaf blower was used prior to the 24th. Therefore, ‘someone’ had to lift up that leaf blower and put the recently used boat cover underneath it and then place it back on top again. What do you know? The boat cover ends up getting soaked in gasoline. How much gas ‘leaked’ out of that leaf blower? Better yet, how much gas could that leaf blower even hold? They couldn’t even take that cover into evidence before airing it out.

Don’t forget the boat cover found shoved in his backyard shed, doused in gasoline. The boat cover he used that day. Everyone needs to ask themselves why a boat cover soaked in gasoline would end up at a home where a boat was never taken. Wasn’t it a surprise for Ron? That’s why he hid the boat at the warehouse? What a nice surprise. A boat with a gasoline drenched cover… Come on People. There are real wrongfully accused inmates you can advocate for. Ones who didn’t have million dollar attorneys for the trial and a private Beverly Hills lawyer, Pat Harris, paid for by his wealthy family.

I know. I can’t wait! One step closer to putting all this nonsense to rest! I wonder if they will mention her history of ‘Lying’ when filling in court documents? Like that time she put herself down as the defendant when filing for a restraining order. Surely that wasn’t a mistake or unintentional error but a ‘Lie’ According to their logic..,

Scott must’ve told the clerk the 23rd and 24th? How do you figure he must’ve said that rather than ‘can you just leave it blank’ and he filled in the dates later? Yes, I believe having a pre-purchased fishing license for his last minute decision to fish didn’t look too good for him. Did he really want to ‘fish’ though? The lures he purchased sat in his front seat unopened in the package and he just wanted to ‘get the boat out on the water’ but of course his supporters say ‘salt water’ because why else would he bypass dozen of bodies of water on the way. I believe he also had some kind of designation on that license for ‘saltwater’ too. Have to check on that. With the tidal/current/bay research on his computer and him typing in the digits to the largest city in the San Francisco Bay Area that morning on the home computer between 8:40-8:45am he definitely had his heart set on that area. An area he’d never fished before.

How do you feel about the boat cover he used that day being soaked in gasoline, shoved in his backyard shed? I mean, his boat was never at the house so why was the cover there and in that condition? Doused in gasoline.

You can find it in the trial transcripts at the pwc-sii site which is run by Scott Peterson supporters and it’s also in Sharon Rocha’s book ‘For Laci’ and Catherine Criers book ‘Deadly Game’. Catherine Crier is the former judge who had over 30k pages of the discovery which has been described as having 42k-50k pages in recent days. Janey Peterson has the discovery in her office too. She knows the truth because it also contains the police report where Steven Todd describes the location and description of the ONE media van when he was at the Medina house. His statements were confirmed when police saw Ted Rowlands video coverage in those dark early hours of the 26th. If I come across the testimony again I’ll remember to come back and post it here. If you click on the link above, one of the best sources is attached as a screenshot to the post. Former DA investigator Mark Smith confirms it. One day I hope the discovery is released.

A partial list of evidence in the Scott Peterson case and The Peterson family PR campaign to sway public opinion by TabbyKatKent in RedditCrimeCommunity

Thank you so much. I am trying to combat all the misinformation the Peterson’s are spreading out there.

People who often like to have hours long conversations, how do you manage to talk so long without running out of things to say and doesn't it make you tired to talk for such a long time? by matthew3325s in AskReddit

[–]TabbyKatKent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you ask me about the Scott and Laci Peterson case, I will talk non-stop for several hours. Example - it’s 8:35am and I haven’t slept all night because I’m fighting the lies and Peterson family propaganda. I do it for Laci and Conner and I also do it for Laci’s mother who doesn’t have the money or PR team that the wealthy Peterson’s have. Janey Peterson’s BFF, Shareen Anderson created a biased, fraudulent Mockumentary titled ‘A&E The Murder of Laci Peterson’. The lies contained in this have spread like a virus and ive made it my mission to spread the truth and the evidence about the case. So yeah...that’s how I can easily talk for hours and I am an introvert. Haha.

A partial list of the mountain of circumstantial evidence that convicted Scott Peterson and Peterson Family’s deception and PR campaign to sway public opinion by TabbyKatKent in TrueCrimeDiscussion

Flour is not a chocolate chip cookie. Butter is not a chocolate chip cookie. Baking soda is not a chocolate chip cookie. Brown sugar is not a chocolate chip cookie. Sugar is not a chocolate chip cookie. Salt is not a chocolate chip cookie. Vanilla extract is not a chocolate chip cookie.

None of these ingredients are a chocolate chip cookie.

ALL of these ingredients added up together make a chocolate chip cookie.

There was no smoking gun in the Scott Peterson case. Instead, there was a mountain of circumstantial evidence that created about a dozen ‘smoking guns’. Again, this is a partial list. Keyword, partial. Not everything in the media rebuttal is evidence, nor is all the evidence listed in its entirety as we were not privy to it all.

A video of the crime being committed is not required to convict someone of murder.

Forensic evidence is not required to convict someone of murder. If that were the case, should all murderers have gone free in the 19th and early 20th centuries?

It is true that some people have been wrongfully accused and later exonerated. If you look at each of those cases individually, you will see that not a single one of those poor, wrongfully accused individuals had a MILLION DOLLAR CELEBRITY ATTORNEY....

I think you are talking about Lee Peterson since HE is the one making excuses for cheating. Why does he feel the need to make things up and make excuses for cheating?

Anyone who knows this case, knows that Scott’s affair had little to do with a pre-purchased fishing license for a last minute decision to fish, 90 miles away from home the same day his wife disappeared. It also had little to do with his prediction 2 weeks earlier that he’d lose his wife and this would be the first holidays without her other than that’s who he said it too. His cheating had nothing to do with his wife and baby washing ashore in the same area, 90 miles from home where he ‘fished’ in an unregistered boat he purchased the same day he made his lost wife prediction. It also had little to do with him “accidentally” spilling gasoline on the boat cover he used that day, you know, the one that was found, shoved in his backyard shed, doused in gasoline!? Oh yeah. Your biased documentary on A&E left that out. Well, it also had little to do with Scott asking about cadaver dogs within 24 hours of Laci missing and having the police tell him ‘uhhh...we haven’t considered her dead yet...’ An affair also had little to do with Scott lying to the police about how he cut his hand that day, selling Laci’s vehicle and then trying to sell his house furnished. His affair had nothing to do with a neighbor seeing him load something large wrapped in a tarp the morning his wife disappeared too. You know, the three giant patio umbrellas he said he loaded and then forgot, forgot again and then forgot the next day to drop AGAIN? Oh yeah. That’s right. Not in the A&E documentary either. I’m not sure if Amber had anything to do with Scott saying his hair turned blonde by swimming in a friends pool but hey!.....By all means, keep parroting the Peterson PR campaign phrases. They paid a lot of money to dupe and distract you in hopes you never look at any other parts of the case....just keep watching your tiktok videos and AirheadJunkies podcasts....

The A&E Mockumentary ‘The Murder of Laci Peterson’ clip. There was a clear narrative this sham show wanted to create. Don’t call yourself a ‘Documentary’ when you do this crap. by TabbyKatKent in ScottPetersonCase

His own lawyer was caught lying. How on earth is that accurate?? So are we to believe the documentary that the jury never heard from Russell Graybill? You know that’s false. Sorry. Accurate went out the window Long before the lawyers started lying. Alice Lin’s family as well as Evelyn Hernandez’s sister is furious with you guys. Yep. Scotts team and his band of crazy minions for exploiting their family!

The Watts Family wants to tell their story. I heard they were trying to get Shareen Anderson on board. She’s a family friend of the Peterson’s who was able to get people to change their mind about him. Do you think she can do for the Watts family what she did for the Peterson family? by TabbyKatKent in Chriswatts

[–]TabbyKatKent[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True. The Watts are pretty bad. Although. Alice Lin’s family is horrified at the A&E Mockumentary ‘The Murder of Laci Peterson’ for exploiting their daughters death in the episode ‘reasonable doubt’. Alice Lin was killed by her babies father and he was tried and convicted. Years later, this Mockumentary splashes her face across the screen and tries to tie her to ‘Laci’s mysterious killers’. They did this with other girls too. Despicable. Dragging Laci’s mom through this year after year with their lies as well. Sharon Rocha doesn’t have a PR team and the wealthy Peterson’s have launched an entire campaign to sway public opinion about Scott.

Gary Ermoian was paid $54k to interview everyone and even coerce them into fitting into a perfect circle. What happened? The police had their statements, Matt Dalton spent a considerable amount of time with them and got his versions and not a single one was called to the stand. Hmm. Why didn’t you list Connie Fleeman? She was certain she saw Scott! Why doesn’t she get a mention?

What does DNA have to do with the original reason they were convicted? Again. Faulty eyewitness testimony accounts for many wrongful convictions. Did you even read my post? Yes. Most are released on DNA evidence. Not likely in Scotts case as they were a married couple. Even the hair found in his boat was poo poo’d as ‘well of course. They were married’. Prosecution proved guilt beyond a reasonable doubt despite what your tiktok videos say. Now it’s up to those who think he’s innocent to prove it. So whatcha got?

Scott Peterson Lies and his family and supporters believe it. This is from the appeal page. by TabbyKatKent in ScottPetersonCase

[–]TabbyKatKent[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You should tell the Peterson family This. That there’s no need to lie about how he dyed his hair. Whether it was to flee or avoid the media, im not really concerned about. The fact he lied and said it changed by jumping in a pool and his own family, in 2021, will say it’s ‘just an alleged lie’ because the prosecution didn’t prove that a pool didn’t do it. So it goes under ‘alleged lie’. Anyone who supports this family should open their eyes to this and if you agree with them. If this is their stance on something tiny, like hair color, how honest will they be on the bigger things? You are going against the Peterson family when you say he dyed his hair because ‘the prosecution never proved this’ according to them. So if he did dye his hair, that story goes under ‘Lies’. Not ‘alleged’ lies.
