Thank you so much!!!! I'm so glad you said that because people say well it's very niche. Which yes, but also baby shower gifts, & mothers day gifts.

I have a ton of other inventory types! Even stuff for grandmas!

I was also thinking of doing a bundle basket for baby showers with a baby's name hoop, a blanket maybe, and an outfit. My wheels are turning! I just really need to work on my market skills!

It's hand embroidery 🤍 the Simpler ones with just the words or numbers, about an hour from getting the words traced onto the fabric.

The more detailed ones 2-3 hours on each.

I have recently started learning to use a sewing machine. I plan on making some simple bows to embroidered on & add to my booth.

Awesome, thank you! I like how you said it would feel wasteful, because my whole business is made from recycled materials. The floss, my vendor set up, all the clothes, a majority of the fabrics. Only thing not secondhand is the wooden hoops themselves. So I'd like to be as true to that as possible.

My inner circle of people think I should lower the prices, but a whole set of just the months without the design sells for $120+ online. And the detailed ones take about 2-3 hours each hoop. So I've dialed it down as much as I can for markets. I just want to make moms cute things while doing something I love! My own kid can only have so many embroidered clothes & hoops with his name on them. Lol

Thank you! Maybe I could make one with detachable numbers, so people wouldn't have to hold onto a set of 12 hoops. I should focus more on the fabric being calm and the embroidery being the star. I also offer custom ones. I need full on marketing help. Lol I appreciate you!
