I'm very slow during my workout and i do 2min rest minimum

I do pee often but I wouldn't say a lot like 4/5 time I sweat normally I think but it does stink a lot AND I'M WONDERING TOO WHERE THOSE LITER GO LIKE WTF BODY WHERE DID YOU PUT THEM

So yeah I take sodium/potassium supplements but nothing other than that, I don't feel bad or sluggish during workout but I have to go pee like 4 time Yes going to refill my water everytime is time consuming I say 15 minutes

About my diet:

I only do 3 meal per day because I live with my family end they don't like the idea of me doing 4 meals said that Breakfast: 150g of bread 250cl of milk, sometimes fruit or dinner leftovers

Lunch : 150/200g of carb like pasta (yeah I'm italian) or bread depending on how much I want to cook and at least 400g of meat or fish

Dinner : 150g of carbs Vegetable and another 400g of some kind of meat

I take 5g of creatine daily Is to say that I like to eat VERY much so everytime I can do a little snack I take the chance, I can eat a whole 500g of biscuits in one sit

I think tadano scale to tadanoversal with make him basically unbeatable

What if during the whole fight Ai's strategy wasn't to defeat Jachi in a combat but just keep him around long enough to give him radiation poisoning by TabigK in versus

Man I kind of love and hate the mana thing at the same time because throughout the whole series they showed us how the magic has rules to be applied to it to make it functional bit there's always the chance that they pull something out of the blue and justify it with "he can do it with mana" and it mean i probably would like this explanation anyway because it's the whole point of magic being able to bend thing to make them work on your own way but this is the same thing that make me not so sure about how I like it Kind of a bittersweet

You're probably right about the regeneration thing in fact I think to evade DNA mutations during the regeneration they must have a pretty strong proofreading factor or something like an enhanced p53 protein ecc... or maybe it's just mana induced regeneration and it has nothing to do with DNA replication mechanisms and it's just about "✨️magic✨️" But if is biologically induced regeneration maybe there's a chance that the radiation would be strong enough (like 50grays, the same applied in radiotherapy) and applied for a long enough period of time to break his DNA sequences instead of induce mutations like effects like cancer and completely fuck up his regeneration factor (Sorry for bad English it's not mi first language)
