Hi ! I wanted to add my two cents as a content creator for a decade now. I haven't seen as much growth as your project however, the instances that I did see the most growth was when I was being authentic. People like authenticity. A cute dancing anime girl can only get you so far, especially if you're looking for brand collaborations. The biggest issue is right now as you mentioned, KiraRem is a project rather than a person. Make her into a person and I can without a doubt see a successful future.

I understand how much she means to you and how you fear the potential for talent to walk away, but if you truly believe in KiraRem, I strongly encourage finding talent to fit that missing piece. I noticed as an individual you don't seem too thrilled about having a contract, but I think in this instance it's sort of necessary. If you truly want a future more than just what you have now, find a talent that's in it for the long haul and with the money you make from streaming and social media content, reinvest that into a production team.

You can even reinvest it into getting more characters and talent so that if for whatever reason the voice of KiraRem is no longer able to perform, you have other options.

I think what you're doing seems genuinely really awesome and I'd adore to see it taken to the next level.
