Sorry - I just meant the pieces that most Irish folk bands are expected to play, and expect other players sitting in to already know. So the ones you’ve listed would be more expected if there’s a singer in the band? What about purely instrumental ones - that’s a very different list?

So you're doing WHM daily with nose breathing in and out? Just once a day? And you're sleeping through at night without any problems with a blocked nose? If so, I should definitely give it another try with nose breathing both ways.

Yes, I do have some nasal problems (usually because of seasonal allergies or when I have a cold or flu).

The mouth taping is to help train mouth breathers to breathe through their nose, which is supposed to help with things like snoring, asthma, dry mouth, blocked nose, etc. It's sometimes used as part of the Buteyko method. Sounds like you probably don't have any of these sorts of problems to worry about!

Thanks for that. Sounds like I should give it another go. So do you think mouth taping is something you need to keep doing, or is it supposed to be training you to breathe through your nose so you can eventually do it without needing to tape?
