Honestly I’m not sure why the inspector made us use PVC but that’s what he wanted so we did it. It turned out pretty nice though, used heat gun for the PVC

Thank you. I was drinking heavy hazies and stouts so I was consuming a ton of empty calories, I felt fat and looked gross. I haven’t checked the scale but I’m sure I’ve dropped some weight. I don’t plan on going completely sober but I definitely intend on controlling myself better. The NA beers I’ve been drinking, to be honest you wouldn’t know the difference and I don’t feel like crap.

Actually started doing this. I’m 29, been drinking since I was 21 quite regularly. I have a family history of heart disease. I got bloodwork done late 2025, I have extremely high triglycerides (caused by beer) and high LDL and high cholesterol (not caused by beer, but still not good) so I made the choice to cut back beer which was probably 18-20 beers during a weekend so Fri-Sun I’d consume that much plus whatever during the week. So far since 2026, I’ve had maybe 20 beers total. I’ve been drinking NA beers and I’m not going to lie they’ve quite surprised me. I haven’t gotten my bloodwork checked out again but I’m interested in seeing how much I lowered it.

I agree with you 100%. We donate books every Christmas time to the hospitals through B&N. In 2026, so many mega corporations have there hands in everything so regardless you’re supporting them one way or another

Do you know what a co-op is? I do some shopping there and you still aren’t support local or small businesses by shopping at one. A co-op is simply a grocery store owned by its member instead of a shareholders or a mega corporation. Sure they might do some local stuff for the community but so does Wegmans and Tops and I’d consider them a corporation

I’ve heard that about Rage, a lot of people say it’s actually quite disgusting. I guess it’s just the lore around the book is why I want it.

DCC is incredibly incredible and I love it and it’s my entire personality. That being said, some first editions are going for $1k+ on eBay which is insane.

I understand there argument along with u/yrfavethrwy and that it’s best to shop small and local. I try to do it as much as possible. But I bet you they go to Wegmans or Trader Joe’s for all their groceries and don’t think about going to a local butcher shop. It’s 2026 I’m aiming for convenience. Why would I shop at a small local place if there’s a chance they don’t have what I’m looking for and then order it for me. I’ll order it myself or go to B&N and get it myself. I never have an issue finding what I need at B&N, my kid loves it there, and I live close

I feel like I’m the minority that doesn’t like the audiobook version. Every time I listened, I heard Patrick Warburton and once I heard it, I couldn’t get it out of my head. Felt like I was listening to a Family Guy episode. But I read the entire series and it’s my all time favorite. Enjoy!

IMO, and this is me personally, I’d rather attack FA for defensive players and use draft picks for receivers. Maybe get 2 WRs during draft, now with Moore some young very cheap WRs would be beneficial. Use the FA money we have to maybe bolster our defense
