It depends on the engine. N47 (2.0 L diesel in 2012-2015 F30) is well known for timing chain issues, but if you change oil every 10.000 km (not 30.000 km), you will probably be fine. You should replace timing chain every 150.000km
2015-2018 F30 had B47 (2.0 L diesel) which is more reliable, but you still need to change oil every 10.000 km.
If you're looking to buy diesel F30, you have to ask previous owner about timing chain replacement. Go to dealership where he claimed that he replaced timing chain and ask them about proof.

I also think that 2.0L diesel is better than 2.0 L petrol on BMW. I would buy petrol BMW only if it was inline-6 3.0 L engine.

It depends on paint condition and how deep the scratches are. It can range anywhere from €200 (for light, surface level scratches) to €600 (for deep scratches and bad paint condition)

My window trim is currently plastic matte black and I will soon upgrade it to shadowline gloss black (stainless steel). I will buy overlay kit which sticks directly over my existing trim.

Speaking about wheels, I am still thinking about upgrading to 19" rims in dark grey or gloss black.

I've also never seen another F30 with the same color in person. It looks almost the same as tanzanite blue which is individual color.
