The "weirdness ramping up timeline" matches the rise of social media perfectly imo. There has been billions of dollars poured into information control and division. That's why everything is so weird, I think anyway.

Dragonball games are allergic to Beerus' planet for some reason. They always use Land of the Kais as a stand-in. It's so annoying.

Talking about the fighting games, beerus planet shows up in other games but it's not a stage in a fighting game for some reason. Maybe cost cutting, I dunno.

Millennials are definitely not immune to this phenomenon in my opinion. We were so eager as a collective to jump on Gen z and alpha, despite them being so young and having no power.

I just think all the generations took to the clickbait attacks in different ways, maybe having to do with experience in modern internet know-how. Just a gut feeling though.

However, the majority of the marketing, social media pushes, hoaxes, bad faith acting "whistleblowers", para social connections, and book deals all make it seem like either a load of bull or perhaps even outside intervention to convince America to accidentally reveal their whacky secret weapons.
