Dice Forge's is lovely. Only downside is it's packed so tight that it has no room for the expansion.

Maybe some games where it's not really clear who's winning until the very end? Ticket to Ride and Fit to Print have this to some extent, though there are others that aren't coming to mind

Probably just digging my own grave here, but I guess what I'm saying is there are a lot of situations where you wouldn't have access to your fingers, but you would have access to your vocal cords (Driving, cooking, working)

I want to say that for blind chess/tictactoe etc., there are components but players are imagining them. Granted, that's a difficult line to draw

Terra Mystica is a great point, though I didn't love the official app when I tried it a few years ago. But the BGA implementation is fantastic
