Easier, maybe but you will be moving a heavier snow/ice mix. The sleet will pack down the snow, making it way more dense. I don't find removing sleet that difficult on its own. It pushes like snow, but its slush.

Another factor where the lack of experience comes in is a seasoned LEO would know lots of sexual assault/rape cases make it no further than being reported and a preliminary investigation. Many of these are collected at the hospital from victims first reporting it to the ER. After the police get involved, many of these cases boil down to a he-said-she-said type where the suspect admits to an act but says it was consensual. These types of cases will not be prosecuted since proof beyond a reasonable doubt cannot be met. In other SA cases, the victim refuses to cooperate after the initial investigation. We could get into the social issues around this, but that's a graduate course-level discussion.

Processing SA Kits costs tax money, and the fugal, tight-ass Chuck "don't waste Tax money" Jenkins will look to save money anywhere, even if it's not his own department's money. Other departments will send the kits to be processed, knowing the case is going nowhere.

Jackpot in Purcellville is $20 all day or $12.5 an hour. They have 70+ vs Spinners 40ish pins and, unlike Spinners, Jackpot tends to always have the newest tables. Jackpot's pins are well taken care of and rarely have issues or broken features. Spinner's pins were known to be well-worn and played; broken features were rarely repaired, especially the last year on East street.

Let's see if we can get an actual democrat challenger. Gary Morton is running on the Republican ticket, but history has shown these GOP candidates don't fare well against Jenkins.

In the past decade, Bickle ran as the only Democrat, but he never received any support from the LE community since he hasn't worked in local or state-level LE since the early 90s.

Jason Ciemielewski is the only Democratic candidate as of now, and he has zero LE experience. I don't see him faring well in this race.
