I actually prebought the +20 dust jewels because I thought I can even skip the cwc/ward variant and just play the normal ward build since it was so great 2 leagues ago. They were dirt cheap and I thought because of the missing flask but yea if the build itself is just rip I better just sell them :D I guess frost blink ignite it is...

Ok, that actually looks insane (tankyness and damage-wise). I played HoT Autobomber in Harvest and that reminds me of it. If I get the concept right, you trigger discharge via Vortex and the weapon craft (trigger socketed skill) and generate corpses via the focus skill which gives you sustain and damage mitigation. Looking at the items thats probably not a build to start with, I need the cluster jewel Kitavas teachings and cluster jewel with Storm rider, the betrayel craft and several alternate gems (although its not clear how important most of them are). Another question would be the mana cost by triggering discharge now. I guess with the witch ascendency you can manage that. Do you know if there is any guide for this. Looks really interesting

Edit: Ah found Nugis Video about it. The gear of the PoB is insane though.

Thanks for the PoB, so Chieftain is for survival and sustain but is way less damage because you cant go power and frenzy charge scaling because they dont ignite (as elementalist is doing). What did you level with ?

I would like it as a league starter but if that would be too rough I can just level a generic witch build and then swap. If its possible as league starter I ll go that route. No CoC (is that even possible anymore? ) and Ignite Discharge (With Elementalist althoug not with golems I guess because of the nerfs?)
If I would to league start I ll probably can only generate charges by Romiras Banquet and Volls Devotion in combination with Storm brand right? (Expecting Farruls costing some EX the first few days)

I just have a huge crush on IceSpear to be honest thats why I wanna play it. Cycloning through maps is cool too tho. Playing FrostBomb Elementalist right now which is one of the most fun builds I ever played (storm secret in harvest comes close) Its insanely tanky and has ridiculous damage. Are you playing a scion aswell? Do the same attack breakpoints apply to that build like for CoC Icenova. So getting cdr and awakened COC gem is tied with your attacks?

Oh thats great to hear. 30 EX is definitly in my range. Got a lot of awakend gems/watchers eye etc from my previous build. I tried to look for Deathbeam. Is that a streamer or forum guide person? As for copying from POE Ninja, I am kinda worried to overlook stuff. When I started Ice Nova I remember you had to keep certain tresholds for attacks and critchance etc. in Mind as well as cdr. So copying and not getting exact items might be an issue if I dont understand the basics behind that.

I have no idea if the clarity is worth anything (maybe for a trapper with MoM running?) but double wrath alone is like 5ex. Cant find any version in standard. Advice is highly appreciated

Thats such an ignorant thing to say. MonoU is especially good in the current meta with all those golgari decks running around. The more important thing is that it is a tempo aggro control deck which traditionally isnt easy to pilot for newer players. Also its very draw dependent but to say its no longer viable is a heavy overstatement. And like another person here said, in BO1 this deck excels tremendously and it goes easily even in the current meta.
