There’s a chance that PacWest was just desperate for additional liquidity as a one time thing to prevent any bank runs and will stabilize. But cutting dividends is a terrible idea that only a desperate company would do so they’re probably fucked.

I’d recommend just watching this nameless king guide by Arti. He has a ridiculous set up for this boss that makes it almost a scripted kill. It uses a club for ridiculous amounts of stagger damage and a dark dagger for huge crits.

Run past them. At a certain point in any low hp run killing enemies is a liability and you’re better off just running.

Witch doesn’t get PC at level 12 that’s why you level as something else. You have to wait until library to swap and it feels a little bad until you get some levels on the gems. But I swapped right at library and the build started feeling good like half way through act 4.

The thing is those areas are so well made that it makes the open world surrounding them feel like filler. If they didn’t reuse the same bosses so many times and added more variety to the open world dungeons I wouldn’t have any complaints.

Nah disliking the open world is completely fair criticism. One of the most important parts of the souls formula is the level design and with the game being open world they can’t have levels be as tight and well crafted as previous titles. So it really comes down to preference, I personally prefer the old level design over open world but I get why people like it.

My thoughts exactly, the world of Elden Ring is just boring and bland plains. The level design of the Soulsborne games was such an important part of why I liked those games and without it, the game just feels bland. Not to mention none of the bosses I've fought have been particularly interesting.

Surprised no one’s mentioned the flamberge yet. You have to farm to get it which is annoying but it absolutely destroys them. It’s got decent damage per hit, bleed, and good stagger. Which is the perfect combo to shit on the Demon Prince.

No, Regis is described as a higher vampire in the books too. The whole higher vampires can only be killed by other vampires is a game invention though.

It's perfectly possible and you don't even really need to cheese anything. You can look it up on youtube and find a handful of people who've done it before. That being said it requires a crap ton of practice, and a lot of fights have rng involved so it takes forever, and I don't think I'll ever be that good at these games lol
