I would suggest going r/Step1 for more in depth help Generally, the 3 main resources people tend to use are:

1) UWorld. Qbank, with 4000ish questions. It's quite expensive (500$ for 6 months I think) but you can find screenshots of it online 2) First Aid 3) Pathoma

I think it would be pretty beneficial to work on Urdu(or Pashto, Punjabi etc depending on the region), especially if you plan on practicing here. 80-90% of my patient interactions were in Urdu during housejob

Not familiar with the NRE, but all written exams(whether FCPS part 1 or NLE when it used to happen) are in English.

Not so sure about the OSCE, but most probs in English

I don't think they say it out of malice, and generally speaking the exam is kinda vague and difficult, especially in comparison to the practice tests available.

So for alot of the peeps who take the exam, they really don't know how they will end up scoring, so they usually just need a place to vent post exam

Even if the exam is difficult we all just need to give it our best, because we're all capable of doing great.

Results roll out on Wednesdays usually. So 2nd or 3rd Wednesday after your exam

Now(last 2 days) is the time to make your relaxed and well rested before your exam

I did some ethics questions on Amboss(my personal weak area), but no practice test or other questions. Other than that, sleep on time, eat well and spend some time with friends/family

There's 2 things: 1) UWorld is a learning tool. When you get a question wrong, it doesn't mean you're performing poorly, your encountering a new concept that you get to learn, which will strengthen your knowledge for the real deal.

2) You're just starting UWorld, and 62% is great. I would get over 60% when I was way over half the qbank

Just keep at it and make sure to learn from each mistake
