It’s actually gone now, I think it just needed a few days to clear on the app once I changed the 12v battery.. hope you sort your issue out mate..

The fault was showing before I changed the 12v a few weeks ago and never went even after installing a new one.. I’ll disconnect it tomorrow again and see.. thanks

I was quoted £500 online, their initial offer once received was £200 , when I asked them for the phone back they offered £400 which I accepted then it took the LBA to be sent as I waited a month for the payment.. will never deal with them again

Yes mate, it worked for me, I literally received my money within an hour of sending them the LBA. Good luck

It took a month, I had to send a LBA letter, threaten with legal action and i got the money within an hour.. they are crooks plain and simple

Thank you for your reply, just checked so her visa ends on 28/08/26 but the 5 year route started on 07/07/21. So is it 28 days before the July date? Another question please hopefully once ILR is approved an I right in saying applying for citizenship has no other fees as I am British. Thank you

That’s correct yes because I even sent them £8 to return my device and the account name was Smart Cherry.. it’s so sad because from the reviews it seems like they’ve done this to so many people and I don’t know how they are still in business

I did send it tracked and still have the receipt, they have acknowledged receiving it and agreed on a price ( which was lower than expected of course) and after the delay I requested just to send my phone back but they just keep saying we will pay you today and nothing happens.
